Welcome to a thoughtfully styled home for two, tucked away in a gated mews in the heart of Dorking. The High Street is wonderfully close, yet the flat gives you a quiet place of your own to come back to.
A place to unwind
The living and dining area is light and welcoming, with space to settle in and enjoy breakfast or supper together. Newly refurbished and professionally furnished and styled, the flat has been put together with comfort and a lovely sense of home in mind.
A bedroom opening onto the courtyard
The bedroom has a standard UK double bed (135 × 190 cm), with French doors leading out to the private walled patio courtyard. It’s a lovely little spot for a morning coffee, a quiet read or an unhurried moment outdoors.
Enjoy a night in
The fitted kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer and washer-dryer, so you can keep things simple or cook a meal when you feel like staying in. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower.
An easy base for exploring
Your allocated parking space is within the gated development. The High Street is less than a minute’s walk away, so you can leave the car and enjoy Dorking’s shops, cafés and restaurants, or head out to explore the Surrey Hills.
Whether you’re visiting loved ones, enjoying a break together or spending a little longer in the area, we’d love you to feel at home here.
You’ll have the whole flat to yourselves, together with the private walled patio courtyard and one allocated parking space within the gated development.
Please use the space allocated to the flat and keep the shared access routes clear, so our neighbours can come and go comfortably too.
